NOTES:
CODE7 ERP System prices include one Company and one branch license.
Each additional branch license fee shall be INR 40,000 in the retail segment.
Each additional branch license fee shall be INR 80,000 in General Trading / wholesale segment (without POS Counters).
Additional company/database license fee will be INR 100,000 per company
Other Services:
System Implementation charges are calculated as per the scope of work (by the number of days) and per day charges are INR 10,000/-
Service level agreement (SLA) and product update shall be charged at 15% of total product price. While, including VAT/TAX E-Invoicing Integration, SLA shall be 25% of the total product price.
Consultancy services, additional training for users and any kind of specific change requests in the system etc. shall be charged as per the scope of work (by number of hours). Standard hourly charges will be INR 3,000/- per hour.

VAT or TAX shall be additional for all products/services.
