✦ If the customer cancels the website development service before the project commences, a full refund of any advance payment will be provided.
✦ If the customer cancels the website development service after the project has commenced but before completion, the customer will be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance of the advance payment, after deducting the cost of work completed, will be refunded.
✦ No cancellations will be accepted once the project is completed and delivered to the customer.
✦ We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of any advance payment will be provided to the customer.
✦ Refunds are only available for cancellations made before the completion and delivery of the website.
✦ Refunds will be processed after deducting the cost of work completed and any expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
✦ Customers must submit a written request for a refund to our support team at info@ebsor.com.
✦ Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.
✦ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
✦ Customized website solutions that have been specifically tailored to the customer's requirements.
✦ Any third-party services or products purchased on behalf of the customer.
✦ Any services where the scope of work has been completed and delivered as agreed.
✦ Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be addressed through our customer support team. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and efficiently.
